This is the heart of the crunch of election time.  My words are brief because our investigations are ongoing and because there is just so much to do... Our first focus is the vote. After the election, we will make sure we provide more details.

In Suburban Cook County, March 2012 Primary.  2034 patients cast their vote.  In November, just over 3000 have made application.  Are these votes secure?

Not even close. 

Out of 91 homes, 48 had only single party representation.  What does this mean?  Illinois election security is partisan based.  A Republican and Democrat protect the interests of their Party by jointly administering each vote. Rules for this are laid out in Illinois election code. 

Please see the document below for illustration.  Out of 91 nursing homes, 48 had single party representation.  21 additional homes had incorrect ratios of election judges.  Take Lydia Healthcare for example: 200 votes – 12 Election Judges.  1Rep:11Dem.  The correct ratio is 6Rep:6Dem. 

In terms of analysis, we compared the assigned party to the real voting history  from the March 2012 Primary. Check the pattern.  It is stunning.

Also, all of the Republican judges should be commissioned as Republican judges.  This is a legal requirement.  25 are not on the list provided by Cook County.  Also, Cook County ignores party voting habits which is a serious security flaw.

Today, we are attempting to get a signed agreement about how November's election will be conducted.  Should we fail, we will be in Court on Wednesday.  I will update you, ASAP.
